An award-winning and progressive architectural studio is seeking an enthusiastic Studio and Marketing Administrator to support the business of their creative and pragmatic practice. They work across many sectors and building types within architecture. This role is a great opportunity for an organised professional looking to grow in administration or marketing within a creative environment.
Key responsibilities:

* Overseeing all operations and ensuring smooth running of studio
* Some reception and front of house presence through greeting clients, answering phones and responding to inquiries
* Attend meetings and take minutes/actions
* Help team to prepare documents or presentations through creation, typing, printing, binding, etc.
* Manage document/image library
* Provide support to Marketing Manager as necessary
* Assist with creation of marketing materials via InDesign
* Coordinate events, exhibitions, and award submissions
* Assist to prepare bids and materials necessary
* Help to manage the company website and any social media
* Manage the upkeep of the CRM system

Key skills:

* Previous experience in an administration or marketing role within a creative environment
* Proficient in MS Office and InDesign
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organisation and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within an interactive team
* Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
* Team player with a flexible attitude and sociable personality
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
