A very successful entrepreneurial and innovative brand in Watford is looking for a designer with creative ideas comfortable with both print and digital to join their growing studio of 5 in-house designers. They have an amazingly modern HQ with beautifully designed wayfinding signage, creating a top tier working environment. The whole business has a real family feel and a team lunch is provided every Friday.


Working for this rapidly growing brand with distributors in over 60 countries you will have considerable influence on the creative aspects across both print and digital. This will include all marketing collateral, Brochures, Leaflets, Posters, Emails, Social Media and their website and apps too.

On boarding of new staff is met with a structured company induction and product training programme. They ensure everyone works with a personal development plan whilst encouraging internal promotion and movement to ensure you get the most out of your role. 

Working with a team of designers, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, using your knowledge and creative thinking to produce high quality outcomes to add to your portfolio.

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, producing creative responses to briefs, as well as being happy pitching in with the day-to-day design tasks.

The team work hard, but all enjoy what they do. The office has just been completely redesigned to have a design studio feel about it and the cupboards are always fully stocked with snacks.


  • Fluent in Adobe CS suite skills (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Able to produce designs under tight timeframes
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A clear communicator: both with clients and colleagues               
  • Experience in setting up and sending print ready artwork
  • A wide range of technical skills in all aspects of print and digital and experience
  • Good working knowledge of design best practices (i.e. composition, colour theory, layout, branding, typography etc.)

An understanding of HTML & CSS would be preferred but is not a necessity.
