Digital Designer who has a passion for all things digital and relishes the opportunity to work across multiple platforms. The role provides the perfect opportunity to focus on carefully crafting user centred designs sprinkled with elements of customer delight throughout.

The Digital Designer will join a talented team of individuals and have the opportunity to work across the user experience by designing best-in-class experiences that reflect the brand vision and strategy. We work in a fast paced agile environment and passionately believe the best ideas are born of collaboration so a genuine willingness to work with multiple stakeholders, ranging from CX, strategy, project management and tech, is essential.
Duties & responsibilities:

Designing beautifully crafted digital experiences across multiple platforms

Collaborate closely with CX to create user centred designs and bring ideas to life

Communicate your ideas in a variety of ways from hand drawn sketches & scamps, storyboards, pixel perfect visuals or prototypes

Articulate your thinking both to internal stakeholders and clients of different levels

Take ownership of projects from initial briefing to delivery with ability to work independently or as part of a team, taking direction, where necessary


Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

Ideally 2+ years multi platform digital design experience in an agency or similar environment

A diverse portfolio displaying a range of sophisticated & elegant work

Solid understanding of the CX/UX process

Ability to create pixel perfect designs with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc.) and Sketch.

Experience with prototyping tools (such as InVision) is desirable but not essential

Experience with motion graphics (such as after effects) is desirable but not essential

Experience working in an agile environment

Excellent time management skills with proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver to deadlines

Self motivated, willingness to learn and ability to take initiative while working closely as part of a diverse team

Genuine interest in all things digital with a passion for staying on track with emerging trends & culture, attending events and engaging with the wider digital creative community
