Are you a talented graphic designer with an interest in health food and artisan coffee? If so, this job could be for you. We're looking for a proactive & energetic individual, with a keen interest in food and beverage branding to join our Marketing team. This is a dynamic role with both Graphic Design and Brand assistant responsibilities, and reports into the Head of Marketing. You will be part of a small, yet busy team, enabling you to have a great impact on our approach to branding. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a graphic design role with numerous different design platforms and assets across print, packaging and digital.  The role includes brand assistant responsibilities and the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to support the Marketing team with activating campaigns, liaising with suppliers and driving our marketing plan forward.


  • Act as lead designer for all projects across print & digital media. This will include menus, point of sale materials, flyers, emails, website banners, online display banners, internal training materials, packaging, handling high resolution food and coffee imagery and artworking multiple assets for print and production]
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing with typical brand assistant duties to deliver key projects. You will be an important cog in the marketing wheel, and will be involved across multiple workstreams and projects and will be required to liaise with suppliers and agencies
  • Liaise with our strategic creative agency and their internal design team to ensure master assets are rolled out across our retail sites and website as required. Take creative direction from lead agency and develop relevant assets
  • Develop and artwork designs for use on packaging, and be confident with creating artwork for application to various cutter guides
  • Produce copy & content for multiple channels, with a clear focus on Social Media channels, in-store POS and website
  • Be the gate keeper of brand guidelines and ensure that all communications are on brand
  • Manage the brand's asset register record, amending and updating POS assets to ensure all records are 100% accurate
  • Generate ideas based on briefs (with research into any relevant areas) and present concepts back
  • Create design assets for multiple platforms, including social media, website and printed materials (menus, posters, flyers etc)
  • Liaise with printers and digital screen suppliers to ensure artwork is provided on time, and in the right format
  • Bring fresh ideas and approaches to your briefs - and suggest improvements to existing work
  • Be an ambassador for our brand; from the way you present yourself to the knowledge you have of our business and the enthusiasm and motivation that drives everything you do
  • Be responsible for complete project development, from concept, through design, presenting, to creating print-ready artwork
  • Meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, and work flexible hours to ensure jobs are done to the best of your ability
  • You will have 1-2 years' industry experience in graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage sector, with a flair for creative writing and photography. You must know the basics for creating impactful POS & Social Media content
  • This job is full of variety and you'll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks, including Brand Assistant tasks such as proof-reading, supplier management, copywriting for various campaigns, from new product launches, menus, flyers and store openings



  • Have a strong background in graphic and media design (2D/ 3D) including all publishing materials (booklet, brochure, menu, poster,) and digital design (website, animation, social media imagery)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Full Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop LightRoom)
  • Food and beverage photography or videography experience will be a highly advantageous

Qualifications requirement: At least bachelor / master's degree in graphics design/visual design
Experience requirement: 1-2 years of demonstrable graphic design experience
