Unique and revolutionary property brand are looking for a direct marketing manager who can take them to the next level.


The company


A dynamic, innovative and exciting property company are taking the market by storm. They are looking for a marketing manager to drive customer acquisition and retention both on and off line.

This company has ambitious growth plans and a really unique product. This person will be responsible for the strategy to ensure that their properties have 100% occupancy throughout the year.

Based in stunning offices this company have a real entrepreneurial spirit and the culture is extremely dynamic and collaborative.


The role

You will be able to create a vision and ensure that it is implemented across the business.

You will be responsible for developing direct marketing strategies which attract new customers and spread the word about this unique and clever product. You will also be responsible for the execution of the strategies and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job down. They have ambitious plans which they want to implement on the back of the huge success of the launch of their first property.

You will be responsible for direct reports as required to ensure that content, PR and social media are key parts of our multi-channel marketing strategy.

You will manage agency partners to ensure all marketing channels are integrated and generating sufficient levels of customer acquisition and retention

You will be responsible for the development and proliferation of the brand to a global audience

Lead on generating and maintaining brand partnerships that align with our corporate values and enhance customer experience

Manage and improve lead generation and retention campaigns, tracking and reporting on results

Generate innovative ideas for new marketing channels, strategies and tactics, based on thorough performance analysis, in collaboration with the Insight and Tech teams

Reporting on spend against marketing budget


About you


You are a dynamic direct marketing expert who enjoys identifying your customer base and delivering targeted marketing communications that resonate with them and engage with them. You are dynamic, not bound by processes, have a entrepreneurial spirit and excited about representing a brand which is pushing all the boundaries in its sectors.

You will be commercially astute, and results driven and ensure that targets are hit all year round. You will also have robust analytical skills.

You will be reporting into a highly engaging and inspiring Head of Growth.
