This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Marketing or Brand Manager to make a move to a privately owned SME and take on increased responsibility (a team of 3), report directly to the CEO and ultimately set and deliver the UK marketing strategy for the business.
The role spans all brands and across all product categories in all sales channels, both domestic and licensed, so gives you an outstanding platform to showcase your skills and abilities and really stretch you commercially and creatively.
You'll be tasked with developing, setting and then executing the marketing and brand strategy for the business. You will work cross-functionally with the sales and licensing team to aid sales growth and customer acquisition and support all product and brand launches with some innovative and engaging marketing collateral. You'll manage the marketing budget, all the PR activity, trade and consumer - ATL, BTL, online and lead and develop the team as well. Loads of responsibility!!!
The ideal person would be a Brand or Marketing Manager who can clearly demonstrate where they have improved a brands business performance or perception. We need someone who can work with customers and internal stakeholders, and create long term, profitable marketing plans. A focused individual with a clear, rational mindset, strong commercials and a real passion and creativity for all they do.
