Work with key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement campaigns to meet agreed objectives and budgets whilst supporting the implementation of the marketing plan.
Develop engaging marketing content to raise brand awareness, grow followers, increase engagement all with the purpose of generating leads, leading to an increase in sales.

Principle Accountabilities:
* Management of all external agencies, including digital, social and creative, including regular reviews and evaluations
* Manage the marketing communications budget ensuring spend is in line with objectives and monitored and reported monthly
* Global lead on brand development and communication, working to embed process and practice which will ensure our brand is deployed globally in an impactful way, in line with strategy
* Carry out research into messaging, impact of messaging, customer engagement with the brand and feedback to the business
KOL's & Evidence
* Work with the International Sales & Marketing Director to manage our Global Key Opinion Leader programme, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and updated on KOL developments
* Work with external agencies and partners to create the blog
* Create and deploy various internal and customer facing newsletters
* Work with external agencies and sales teams to generate press releases and case studies to support business growth
* Generate ideas for innovative and engaging content
* Manage the content calendar working closely with other members of the marketing team
Social Media
* Take responsibility for social media channels including Twitter and LinkedIn
* Work with an external agency to create and maintain engaging content across all social media channels and to create and deliver campaigns to grow followers
* Liaise with multiple teams to ensure key marketing and product messages are reflected on social media
* Measure, analyse and report on all social media campaigns
* Management of website and its ongoing development ensuring SEO optimisation
* Upload and edit website content
* Regularly report success of activity and campaigns against agreed KPI's and objectives
* Support the launch of new products
* Provide general support to the marketing team as required

Person Specification:

* Marketing or business qualification
* Proven track record in a similar marketing / communications role
* Experience of updating and managing digital and social channels
* Ability to generate innovative ideas
* Experience of content management systems
* Experience of managing external agencies
* Numerate and analytical with experience in reporting
* Able to present data well to inform decision making
* International experience would be a benefit and a second language desirable
* A creative and positive personality who is full of energy
* A team player with strong communication skills
* Good level of interpersonal skills
* Highly organised and great attention to detail
* Self-motivated
* Proactive with a robust personality
