I'm working with a great International Not-for-Profit based in Central London on recruiting a really exciting and key role for the business. We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing and Social Media on a permanent basis to lead the organisations digital function and develop their digital proposition.

Working in the wider Marketing & Communications function and reporting into the Director of External Engagement this role be responsible the designing and updating the overall social media, email and wider digital marketing strategies for the business. Utilising a range of digital channels you will be responsible for continuing to grow the profile of the business and grow the organisations audiences.

The role has one direct report, a Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer as well as working with a range of stakeholder across the business.

Ideal candidates will display:

* Extensive social media, email and wider digital marketing expertise
* A track-record of developing creative, eye-catching campaigns
* Experience in working across a range of digital channels
* Line management experience
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
