Communications Manager, Bury St Edmunds -

Are you an established Digital Communications Manager looking for a new opportunity in a business which has been described as one of the best places to work in the East of England? This leader in their field are looking to take on a new member of the digital comms team on a permanent basis. With commitment to being the best in your field, this particular business will offer those living a bit further afield the opportunity to work from home occasionally. As a new position in the team, this role requires someone with solid email, social and CRM platforms. This role ideally requires someone with previous team management and the ability to build strategies from the grass roots up.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will see you playing a hands-on part in the wider marketing team. You will be responsible for developing the digital communications strategy and centralising all the channels in your remit, with specific focus on social and ECRM. Part of your role will be to develop and expand the online presence of the business as well as analysing responses from campaigns that you run via required routes. Working very closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will ensure that all strategies are aligned with the overall business and that you're utilising all the available tools offered by the business to grow exposure of the business online.
