Our client works with some of the greatest and largest retail and fashion companies and really focus on understanding their client's issues so they can offer solutions through services such as branding and strategy, photography, digital, studio and production, CGI and creative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of incredible clients and will ultimately be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include taking briefs from your clients, understanding their business, their needs and discussing solutions to any existing problems then developing a creative strategy. You will need to schedule and cost each project then communicate the brief to Producers, staying close with them throughout production to ensure you are aware of any issues that may arise.
To be considered for this role you must have previous agency experience, a great knowledge of photography and experience working with clients and internal stakeholders. You must be a great communicator, pro-active, passionate about client services, always keeping your clients' updated and comfortable making the most of up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. It would be a great benefit for you to have a knowledge of digital and a strong creative background.
