Corporate Ecommerce Executive  - Travel Retail EMEA

The Corporate Ecommerce Executive for Travel Retail EMEA will suport driving our Reserve & Collect and Pre-Order business, accelerating our brand roll outs and develop ecommerce strategies to grow sales in the region and engage with the Travelling Consumer pre-travel. 

The Corporate Ecommerce Executive will in conjunction with the Digital Director, lead the launch activation for brands across retailer platforms, faciliating stakeholder approvals for brand boutiques and technical set up with the retailer. The role will be responsible for implementing digtal and in-store activations that amplify our brand offerings on Reserve & Collect/Pre-Order to build awareness of the channel and accelerate sales growth.

The role will work across brands to identiy and implement tactical promotions on an on-going basis, working across brands and retailers from campaign planning to facilating operational set up.

  • Be the functional lead on Reserve & Collect/Pre-order to support and develop the regional strategy to drive sales in conjunction with the Digital Consumer Marketing Director.
  • Be the retailer's corporate lead on process and technical set up, able to work and advise across platforms
  • Manage brand boutique roll out's, stake holder approvals and feedback.
  • Support the Online Retailer Agreement process with the Digital Consumer Marketing Director.
  • Create a launch plan for each brand/retailer to ensure our brand boutique is visible and amplified across key digital and in-store channels to target and convert the travelling consumer.
  • Be the regional corporate lead for the TR Global Retailer.com Database. Possessing a solid understanding of internal database processes to supply product data working with 3 party vendor(s), TR regions and regional brands to make sure the updating, localizing and sharing of product data is efficient across retailers and languages.
  • Work across brands and functions to build & manage tactical ecommerce calendars with promotional opportunities and facilitate this with retailers to ensure execution.
  • Analyse ecommerce data and identify trends and opportunities to build awareness and sales.
  • Influence and partner with retailers to identify co-op media programmes and opportunities that target the travelling consumer to increase engagement and conversion in the channel.
  • Share learnings across regions and identify opportunities to build scale within travel corridors and global retailer platforms.
  • Spearhead new business initatives - delivery at gate/lounge and identify new ways we can target the consumer to purchase ahead of travelling.
  • Work with Consumer Insight and Category Strategy to identify and implment opportunities via Retailer loyalty and CRM to raise R&C profile and drive sales.

  • Commercial business accumen & ecommerce experience
  • Proven strategic approach within ecommerce and Retailer websites
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and Technology savvy
  • Ability to define proceses, navigate multiple teams and be action orientated.
  • Relevant degree level education
