The person will be responsible for the managing the development and delivery of marketing output and communications campaigns for the organisation's thought leadership.

This prestigious membership organisation is a leading professional body for their industry.


* Developing and delivering go to market channel plans e.g. press, publications, events, organic traffic, emails (marketing automation), articles, social media and offline for products, services or thought leadership
* Development of thought leadership and marketing outputs and communications campaigns tailored to different audiences for digital (web, video, podcasts, social media posts etc)
* Sourcing and using customer/competitor research and insight to inform marketing activity
* Developing personas, value propositions and messaging to support the marketing of thought leadership
* Managing the development, implementation and measurement of thought leadership and marketing outputs and communication campaigns
* Identifying improvements to the content process, documents and as well as ensuring it is implemented
* Defining and implementing improvements to current ways of working
* Taking on additional/ad-hoc Content projects as required
* Coordinating with various teams and departments



* Strong planning and project management skills
* Strong writing and communications including proofreading skills and an excellent attention to detail
* Strong ability to work with work with and manage multiple stakeholders and to drive projects through to a conclusion
* Ability to distil large amounts of complex information to clear, compelling messages for specific audiences
* Experience sourcing and using research and insight to inform marketing activity
* Demonstrable experience developing and delivering market channel for products, services or thought leadership
* Strong digital background with experience using tools to monitor and measure marketing effectiveness, to then turn that data into future insight
* An understanding of the customer journey/experience and how to continually improve on this
* A commercial mindset and ability to identify ways to generate contacts and leads from marketing activity

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £32,000 and £34,000 depending on experience.
