About this role

 

Part Time Receptionist required for award-winning architecture and design practice based in Shoreditch, London. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of front of house, providing a high level of service internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Switchboard: taking and relaying messages, screening & directing calls

• Greet visitors - including clients, consultants, suppliers and deliveries

• Keep reception tidy and presentable

• Book couriers

• Accept and distributing deliveries

• Handle incoming and outgoing post

• Maintain the office diary (jointly with Team PAs) and meeting room diary

• Prepare & clear meeting rooms, providing refreshments

• Manage logging out of oyster cards, cameras, laser measurers, PPE Staff events

• Arrange in-house CPDs

• Prepare internal refreshments: breakfast club, weekly cake, Friday drinks & snacks

• Organise regular staff events (quarterly company social events, site tours, cultural outings, film

club, charity sports events)

• Order stationary, kitchen, bathroom and other office supplies

• Manage office magazine and online subscriptions

• Manage petty cash

• Issue & manage Adobe Cloud licence passwords

• Organise staff birthday cards

• Assist HR with ad hoc administration tasks

• Calibrating the laser measurers according to our ISO 9001 requirements

• General administrative support and other ad hoc duties that may arise
