A fantastic opportunity has opened for an ambitious Buyer or National Account Manager to join the fast growing Commercial team at a leading beauty business, help drive growth at an exciting and busy time.
The client are looking for a confident, engaging and dedicated individual to manage a portfolio of accounts across their key accounts, helping to support their bold ambitions. You will be instrumental in working with the senior management team to develop business as part of their 5 year growth strategy, significantly contributing to commercial targets and planning processes.
The Successful Applicant
Currently operating successfully at Buyer or NAM level for a leading FMCG brand in the UKInterest/knowledge of beauty, cosmetics, luxury industryP&L Management experiencePossess strong administration and analytical skillsDemonstrate a professional manner, be very commercially aware and is interested in what the competition are doingConfidence, motivation and determination, as well as the ability to deal with rejection;Strong networking and influencing skills at all levelsExcellent sales and negotiation skillsHave high attention to detailAn excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingA good listener, able to respond to results and consumer researchBe able to build outstanding customer relationships and have impeccable 'people skills'Have good presentation skillsAble to work well on your own, or with a wide range of people from different parts of the businessStrong project management skills and the ability to manage different projects at the same timeGood organisational and time management skills and the ability to work well under pressureEnjoy working in a busy, deadline driven and creative environment
