The Marketing Manager will have extensive knowledge in growing FMCG brands, you will work with the Commercial team and Head of Innovation. This is a hands-on role with one direct report, based in Dorset.

Client Details

My client is a growing food brand based in Dorset. With a great heritage behind them, they are looking to increase their market share and continue their growth.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

* Devising, planning and implementing overall branded marketing strategy to deliver growth.
* Managing and report back on and offline marketing activities.
* Delivering consumer insights to develop brand innovation strategy and plan.
* Lead and manage NPD process.
* Lead marketing and communication strategy for brand including brand identity, digital and social marketing.
* Managing marketing budget.
* Working with Commercial team to provide market data and develop Category trade presentations.
* Implementing and managing brand guidelines.
* Managing and development of Marketing Assistant.


The Marketing Manager will need:

* Degree level education or equivalent.
* A strong background of working within the food industry.
* Track record of growing brands, ideally within a challenger brand environment.
* A strong background in NPD launches and innovation.
* A strong background in social media and digital marketing.
* Knowledge of working across all channels.
* A background in a small business or with limited resources.
* Excellent time management.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
* Highly persuasive both internally and externally.
* Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills.

Job Offer

Office based role

£50,000 - 55,000

Performance related bonus
