Client Details

A progressive and forward thinking global law firm seeking to engage a Senior Key Account Manager.


The Senior KAM will:

* Manage a small portfolio of own accounts comprised of the sector's most strategic clients.

* Direct all marketing communications globally for the sector, ensuring that it entirely aligned with the sector strategy .

* Influence strategic hires and coach individuals to ensure that they are successfully integrated into client teams .

* Inform the leadership of global Client Service Teams, facilitating change where needed.

* Manage conflicts, ensuring that interests of clients are balanced with long-term aspirations for the sector

* Work collaboratively with other support functions.

* Develop and build key client and industry relationships, participating in client reviews when necessary

* Provide business intelligence on key competitors and marketplace trends.

* Craft and drive a bespoke client feedback plan for each account .

* Lead, coach and motivate a small team


The successful candidate for the role of Senior Key Account Manager will possess a demonstrable track record of Key Account/ Client Relationship Management within a large professional services firm and will additionally possess:

* Strong financial acumen and ability to dissect the financial health at an account and sector level, with the capacity to identify and deliver on KPIs, recommending and driving change where needed

* A strong grasp of leading marketing communications techniques including social media with the ability to craft a stand-out marketing communications strategy to provide genuine strategic advantage
