The aim of this role is to strive for quality, consistency and effective delivery of all branded materials and acting as a brand champion across the business, enabling and empowering key stakeholders.
You will be fully conversant with brand guidelines and the correct execution of design and tone of voice, providing proactive advice, recommendations, and creative solutions to solve key communication and business development objectives. You will support the development and delivery of brand enhancement projects with a focus on digital initiatives evolving the templates and implementing new channels to reach the relevant target audience and the development and delivery of premium pitch materials and other key new business activities, spotting enhancement opportunities to develop digital brand channels - working with the Business Development team to agree the project brief and advising on the appropriate brand channel, template options and timelines. You will support the development and delivery of key internal presentations and accompanying materials and in addition, the implementation of the brand strategy across brand expression channels. You will train internal brand ambassadors across multiples jurisdictions on self-service marketing software so they have the tools and knowledge to consistently and correctly implement the brand, help manage and develop third party supplier and relevant external relationships, support digital trend future forecasting, market watching and collaborate with external suppliers to identify and implement new brand enhancement digital channels. You will also support the Digital Brand Apprentice in the delivery of their duties.
A degree in marketing and/or branding is an advantage and you should have experience working within the Professional Services environment.
You will be a proven project manager able to plan and manage projects effectively from start to finish; a creative thinker, able to resolve problems with imaginative solutions, with an interest in design with a strong eye for detail. You'll be able to handle pressure and manage multiple demands and escalate competing work demands quickly to the line manager; be an expert user of MS Word, PowerPoint and Word Press and/or a working knowledge of HTML - also a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be useful. You'll have a robust understanding of print services and processes, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be an able proof reader.
