Your new company
Your new company is an international B2B company that operate within the retail sector, located in the heart of Manchester. Newly established in the UK this is an innovative and collaborative organisation who have a start-up mentality with years of industry knowledge and experience. Due to maternity on the team they are looking to recruit for a Customer Life Cycle and Campaign Manager on a 9 month fixed term basis.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Online Trading, your role will require you to work on managing the multi-channel approach to the customer lifecycle, providing the selection and delivery of customer centric campaigns, working on online and offline campaigns, on a pro-active and re-active basis. You will be managing a team of 4 and will be the first point of contact for multiple internal stakeholders, including the sales team, managing their marketing requests. You will also be tasked with managing a CRM system to optimise success of campaigns and customer lifecycle management, determining the types of campaigns to be implemented and managing the times/dates for multiple campaigns.

What you will need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of managing campaigns as well as an understanding of the customer life cycle. You will have the ability and experience to manage a team whilst motivating and working under pressure. It is essential that you have strong technical knowledge and an analytical mind-set, having previously worked in a customer life cycle focused role . You will work closely with your team and be an adaptable, driven and ambitious candidate who is willing to get stuck in to the role and is keen to progress their career.
