A start up Property brand focused on students is recruiting a senior marketer with a focus on customer experience to develop their brand and drive their expansion. They have developments across the UK and are looking to expand rapidly over the next two years, with a clear timeline in place for further developments and to grow the marketing team.

The positive experience of the residents is of the utmost importance and you will work closely with on-site staff to ensure targeted marketing plans are delivered effectively and to build strong relationships. The immediate focus is to immerse yourself in the business and meet the tenancy aims for this year whereas the longer term goals are to build the brand into an established market leader and lead the expansion across the UK and into Europe.

You will have experience marketing to students and ideally also in the property sector or within a start-up environment and be passionate about improving your customer's experience.

Responsibilities

* Create targeted, local marketing schemes for developments across the UK
* Travel to sites to carry out training, campaigns, research and to build relationships
* Oversee the growth of the marketing team over the next 18 months
* Attend university and student events and fairs - focus on key partnerships
* Create a digital strategy with a focus on social media
* Advise at board level on expansion plans and strategy

Skills / Experience

* Experience marketing to students
* Experience within property or a start-up environment
* Experience working closely with senior stakeholders or partners
* An understanding of the operations and logistics of growing a business
* Created and delivered a multi-channel marketing strategy
* Excellent digital knowledge
* Proven track record of growing/managing a team
* Knowledge of how to measure and improve customer experience
