We're looking for switched-on sales professionals who are looking to grow with a start-up that are ready to scale internationally. The successful candidate:

  • will ensure that senior sales colleagues have a pipeline of well-managed, highly qualified sales opportunities;
  • swears by efficiency, effectiveness, and providing support through the sales process;
  • communicates status honestly, regularly and effectively - knows where are we up to at any point with any client;
  • will be an active member of the sales team, and of the Phrasee team as a whole;
  • has a well-maintained CRM in the DNA - s/he'll have no problem following processes to keep the sales cycle simple and effective for all.


  • 2+ years' previous outbound B2B sales experience;
  • previous responsibility for qualifying and questioning prospective customers;
  • a consultative, intelligent selling style;
  • experience of building good rapport with the potential client base;
  • a sound knowledge of lead generation;
  • experience of working with KPIs and the motivation to meet them;
  • excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic;
  • CRM-savvy;
  • experience in one of these four environments is desirable but not a deal-breaker: email, digital marketing, agency or software.
