Reporting to Marketing Manager and working with Head of Sales to provide analysis and insight on customer behaviours to increase sales. This person will be based in Gloucester and will need to have a keen interest in fitness/health/well being.

A fitness friendly FMCG company providing nutritional products to a wide market. Based in Gloucester you will be joining a small marketing team to provide customer insight.


Description

The Customer Insight Analyst will be responsible for:



* Provide a detailed and complete understanding of customer bases, including product profiles from customer database.

* Provide segmentation to aid targeting and understanding of customer behaviour.

* Develop a thorough understanding of the customer data available.

* Investigate data necessary to achieve desired business outcomes.

* Be able to translate margins.

* Identify ROI on promotions.

* Advise the business of appropriate marketing actions to ensure maximum benefit.

* Advise on appropriate use of analysis and reports.

* Maintain a good knowledge of relevant analytical and statistical techniques.


Profile

As the Customer Insight Analyst you will need:



* Degree in Economics, Mathematics or Business with Economic or Maths specialism

* A background in a similar role, analysing customer data.

* Strong knowledge of Excel.

* A working knowledge of SAGE.

* Strong commercial mind to translate margins.

* To be a team player.

* A keen interest in fitness/health/well being.
