An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM specialist who is highly motivated by delivering exceptional customer service to join an innovative legal services organisation at the forefront of an industry growing at an unprecedented rate in the role of Client Solutions Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to a genuinely client facing role in the legal sector, where you will be able to directly see how your personal impact contributes to the success of an ambitious company. Acting as the main point of contact for a number of the firm's clients, including Heads of Legal and General Counsel of leading in-house teams and Partners of top tier law firms, you will have primary responsibility for executing all client processes for your own segment of clients. Having efficiently completed client on-boarding processes and client paperwork, you will working closely with the Lawyer Care & Development team to ensure assignments are proactively managed and must seek and respond to client feedback at all stages of the assignment, face-to-face and by phone. The Client Solutions Executive will be expected to help clients make the most of the firm's value add services, content marketing and events, proactively spotting opportunities to deliver additional services to each client and managing commercial discussions in relation to pricing and terms. The successful applicant will also be tasked with keeping client and assignment information up-to-date on the CRM system, assisting managers with client proposals and pitches and internal communications on client activity and working with the marketing team to design and action client engagement and new business generation campaigns.

To succeed in this role you will need to be highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail and be able to problem solve and react quickly. You will need to be commercially minded, spotting opportunities to grow relationships, cross sell services and improve client delivery. The client Solutions Executive must also possess authentic and clear communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
