The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and delivering marketing campaigns that promote the organisation's membership proposition.

Description

* Developing, implementing, and monitoring engaging marketing plans to achieve membership targets utilising both offline and online marketing channels
* Managing retention campaigns to encourage membership renewal and lapsed members to resign while gaining member insight
* Creation of marketing collateral for a variety of channels including print, email, social media, web, event promotion material, copywriting, etc
* Evaluation of campaign effectiveness through the use of reporting and analysis of campaigns to continually improve on marketing processes
* Improve online and offline messaging through the promotion of and engagement with the department to build the profile with key internal and external stakeholders


Profile

Essential



* Experience in developing and implementing engaging marketing plans across a large organisation
* A strong track record in utilising a range of communication tools and channels effectively
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with a range of (including senior) internal and external stakeholders
* Sound experience of working with and influencing senior management
* Proactive self-starter who's able to bring new ideas to the organisation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage several projects simultaneously





Desirable



* Previous experience within a membership organisation
* Working knowledge of Dotmailer (email marketing software)
* Working knowledge of other online marketing software and tools


Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £35,000 and £37,000 depending on experience.
