The role of Advertising Marketing Manager is for an exciting and high growth B2C financial services company based in central London. This is a newly created position and you will join a growing team of talented individuals who are all driven by their passion to make this the leading company of its kind.

Client Details

The client is a young, well established and rapidly growing company in the B2C financial services space. They have an exciting proposition and growing marketing team that is continuing to perform highly. The work environment is based on 'high trust', so you will have a lot of autonomy and ownership over your day-to-day work but within a supportive and friendly environment.


The role will include the following responsibilities:
Oversee the strategy and delivery of ATL activity
Build brand presence across multiple channels, including TV, Radio and Press Adverts
Manage external agencies and work closely with wider marketing and digital team
Analyse and report on campaign activity, working to continuously improve ROI
Track and manage budget
Make sure all activity is within brand and industry guidelines
Influence/liaise with key CxO level stakeholders on new opportunities and any issues or potential risks
Ensure all activities have a customer-centric approach


The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Excellent ATL experience across all relevant channels, having lead on key campaigns
Have had previous budget management responsibility
Excellent understanding of how to analyse ATL activity to ensure strong ROI
Able to influence at a senior level and have strong commercial acumen
Be highly organised and able to handle a high paced and rapidly evolving environment
Financial Services experience is advantageous
Degree educated
