Are you a Design Director that is full of big ideas that can be converted into tangible design? Please do not click next and carry on reading below...

We are partnered with a branding and design agency that literally does everything, from brand creation to structural design - giving these brands and products a place and a purpose that makes sense in real life. Mainly the sector that they work within is FMCG, but they have been known to turn their hand into the more "corporate" space too (guessing to keep everyone on their toes... in a good way). They work across a board range of touch points, ranging from traditional branding and packaging to beyond pack, experiential, innovation and 3D.

They already have a superstar design team in place, so as their new Design Director, you will help nurture and mentor these crazy creative minds as long side the other DD who is just a little gem. You will also get your hands dirty with design too, don't you worry. Leading projects from initial briefing and idea generation through to development and implementation. Creative leads from the front but they do put their heads together and come up with some remarkable creative strategy, so experience in both would be essential too.
