There are two roles available for candidates who have strong Belgium cultural understanding for either the French region or Flemish region. For the Walloon focused role, basic marketing experience will be considered. For the Flanders region role you must be able to demonstrate strong data driven campaign management experience for Flemish speakers in Belgium. The Brussels market will be covered by both.

The client is a top B2C Financial Services company with a strong international presence. The European marketing team is based in London. They offer excellent personal development and opportunity for career growth.


The role will include the following responsibilities:
Oversee campaign delivery and ensure all aspects are localised and culturally relevant
Work across the full mix of channels - both online and offline
Be highly analytical in assessment of campaigns and suggestions for how to improve performance
Act as regional expert for developing new marketing collateral to the Belgium market (either French or Duct speaking)
Manage external agencies
Ensure all activity is brand and industry compliant


The successful candidate will possess the following:
Previous experience of marketing specifically to Belgians (either French or Dutch speaking)
The Flemish focused role is more senior and requires strong campaign management knowledge
Be degree educated
Take an analytical approach to marketing activities
Be completely fluent in either French or Flemish - in both written and spoken forms
Have strong database/CRM knowledge
Be knowledgeable across the full mix of marketing from an acquisition perspective
