Excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a consumer product business based in Northamptonshire and help them drive on to the next level. This will be a great development / progression opportunity for the right candidate.

Client Details

Based in Northamptonshire, our client is a market leading consumer product business that operates in a unique market space. They operate with a mix of own label products and their own brands and supply in to the trade and retail channel.


The Marketing Manager role will be broad, and will represent a truly multi-channel role. You will develop and implement the consumer marketing plan to raise the profile of the full range of products through all types of marketing communications. The varied routes to market that are employed mean that you will market to both retailers / trade and end-user customers. You will play a key role in new product development, from initial market insight exploring and opening new markets and routes to market. You'll supervise a team who will be responsible for working with a digital agency to ensure the web-offering is strong and reflective of the brand guidelines as well as coordinating and running annual, national events. At all times, service is key - you will ensure consistency of service levels to retailers and customers alike.


Alongside a degree education, the successful candidate will:

* have similar previous experience within a consumer product organisation

* have a commercial outlook and ability to spot new and exciting opportunities

* be creative and have experience of brand building and communications

* be familiar with working with agencies - comms / creative / digital

* have previous supervisory experience
