Activation Manager  
Our global client has consistently won top employer awards. They are looking for an exceptionally strong activation manager to join their UK team, who will drive trial and awareness of products at festivals, events, retail and Horeca customers around the UK. Role based south west London.    

About the role 
Working with the brand marketing teams, you will be managing, developing and delivering direct to consumer programmes through targeted retail selling, festivals, events and innovative brand experiential activation.        

Your responsibilities would include:  

  • Cross functional working with trade, consumer activation and marketing strategy teams. 
  • Ownership of the activation budget and reporting back on the ROI of activities 
  • Working closely with external agencies - giving clear direction, briefings, making sure that they provide regular and accurate budgetary submissions and monitor performance against KPIs.

  • Stock management - responsible for all forecasts, orders and stock levels for all the activation programmes.  

About you 
You will need to have had plenty of project management and team management experience - particularly 3rd party agency management and will be able to demonstrate that you can set out clear objectives from marketing strategies. 

You are most likely to have come from an experiential/brand activation/brand ambassador background with plenty of experience of managing third party agency teams.     

You thrive on taking ownership and have a drive to get things done with energy, enthusiasm and a collaborative approach. To succeed you will need to be confident & credible with excellent commercial awareness and a proactive and highly organised style. You will also need to be an innovative problem solver and be able to act in an agile manner when required.
