Unicef ensures more of the world's children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we're not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with creativity, drive and passion to lead a new team that will take our creative, content and digital marketing to the next level.

You are a storyteller with a passion for our cause. You understand the power of insight-driven content to create emotional connection and motivate action. As a proven leader you will confidently inspire and lead a hub of talented specialists and freelancers delivering creative; content strategy; digital content production; video; photography; copy-writing, social media strategy, digital marketing strategy and content marketing innovation. This team will deliver excellent account management to internal client teams as well as play a leading role in generating and deliver original creative, content and marketing strategies for the organisation as a whole.

As Head Producer, you will direct in-house and out-of-house resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality, constantly looking for efficiency, effectiveness and continuously improving results. You will work closely with a range of internal teams, influencing and motivating staff across the organisation, and contributing significantly to the long term growth of Unicef UK's income and influence to achieve better outcomes for children.
