This is a lovely innovation role for high-profile consumer brands with a genuine strategic focus on innovation across both UK and international markets from ideation through to launch. You will work closely with brand, insight and manage project teams to ensure that consumer centric products are successfully delivered to market.

This is a role that would suit a genuine foodie, passionate about taste and product, the sort of person who keeps fully up to date on trends in the food market. You need to have a track record delivering NPD / innovation that you can discuss with credibility and be commercially aware, with strong financial acumen. You will be an impressive project manager, resilient when facing new challenges and a genuine team player. Curiosity, inquisitiveness, and a willingness to challenge the status quo are vital.
