Description

The Online Marketing Account Manager role will be responsible for the following:



* Manager key retail accounts by ensuring promotional plans are in place to drive sales across key retailers

* Review daily performance of activity and work with retailer buying network providing business updates internally and externally where possible

* Supply images, copy to Retailers and ensuring the brand guidelines are met at all times

* Develop communication packs for new customers

* Assist in uploading content and products to the website

* Working closely with our Operations team to ensure all Retail orders are effectively processed and stock management is in line with forecasting promotional activity.


Profile

The ideal candidate will be commercially and customer focused to drive results to meet targets and be passionate about products. Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central would be excellent. Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and being able to respond confidentially to customer queries is essential.

Our client are looking for someone with a can do attitude and a real team player.
