Our client is a fantastic, international company, with a loyal customer base. As a result of a number of ongoing projects, they have an immediate requirement for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join them, initially on a contract basis.

To say that this role will be varied is an understatement! Your role will be to enhance the shopper marketing strategy in order to improve the shopper experience and drive maximum ROI. You’ll be a key part of the team, identifying new business opportunities in order to grow revenue.

Your role will include:-
- Drive shopper and promotional marketing activity through strategic planning
- Analysing market data and using this to influence future marketing activity
- Budget management
- Managing agencies for POS and maximum ROI across a range of media - digital, instore, print etc.
- Acting as the voice of the shopper in order to drive the brand strategy, ensuring that the customer’s needs are at the heart of all activity
- Managing new product launches
- Presentations to key accounts
- Attending and organising events and exhibitions
- Analysing sales performance across different stores to ensure effective merchandising plans
- Competitor analysis

It’s key that you’ve worked within shopper marketing previously, ideally within an FMCG setting. You’ll be an excellent communicator, with confident presentation skills and a commercial outlook.
