My client is looking for a Head of Marketing to own the global Go to Market strategy and plan and deliver a programme of multi-channel marketing strategies for their Professional and Managed Services product group.

My client is an independent provider of Cyber Security, Data Protection & Privacy Consulting assisting leading global organisations and security vendors in both the public and private sector. From their headquarters in London, my client is at the forefront of research-led cyber security solutions.


Description

The Head of Marketing will report directly to the Global CMO, and will develop and refine the marketing plan for the product globally to position the company as thought leaders in the industry. Specifically they will be responsible for:



* Owning the annual and quarterly Go to Market integrated campaigns for the product, ensuring they are delivered on time and in budget.

* Working with Content managers in the group marketing team to develop a bespoke content strategy and calendar to drive awareness, thought leadership, interest, intent and lead generation eg website/ blogs/ vlogs/ white papers/reports ensuring there is a clear narrative thread
* Working with sales and inside sales to understand customer buying processes to constantly refine lead generation programmes
* Working with the Events Manager in group marketing team to create, produce and manage key events
* Working side by side with Global CMO, Product Unit Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer to ensure Marketing delivery is optimised and remains fit for purpose
* Management of key and influential stakeholders such as Sales and Consultants to plan strategy
* Own the products marketing budget including analysing marketing activity including regular updates on marketing performance and reporting.


Profile

The Head of Marketing will have strong demonstrable experience planning and executing marketing strategy: Specifically they will be/have:



* Excellent understanding of a wide variety of marketing channels to drive quality traffic (paid, earned, owned) and Marketing Qualified Leads

* Experience of Marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
* Demonstrable experience of developing global marketing strategy with a balance between standard and innovative channels
* Experience of developing CRM programmes and developing continuous test and learn programmes.
* Enjoy the fluidity of growth products and marketing programs to support
* Have a strong voice and provide clear Marketing leadership


Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + benefits dependent on suitability.
