The Company is one of the UK's leading designers, manufacturers and distributors of a wide range of interior textile products including fabrics, curtains, cushions, bedlinen and wallpaper to both retail and commercial customers. Established for over 25 years, they have offices in the UK and Asia and supply to over 40 countries worldwide. Customers include interior designers, department stores, independent retailers, furnishing specialists, overseas distributors, hotel groups and other commercial environments.

Job Role:

* Production of monthly sales performance reporting for the sales team and sales director
* Customer performance analysis by product, branch, claims etc.
* Producing customer information including product lists and product specifications
* Assisting the sales team on reporting/ analysis of customer/ area performance
* Producing journey plans from the Customer Relationship Management system "CRM" for use by the sales team to maximise sales efficiency
* Producing CRM meeting reports to monitor the effectiveness of the sales teams against objectives set and adherence to the journey plans
* Maintenance of customer records in CRM and the main operating system
* Audit and administration of products, pricing policies and images for the new e-commerce site
* Data maintenance on Epicor ERP (customer, product & pricing)

Essential Skills/Qualifications

* Highly numerate with relevant A Levels/ Degree or business qualification
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Analytical skills and the ability to interrogate high volumes of complex data
* The ability to present information in a clear and concise manner and use this to influence others
* Highly organised, focused and able to juggle multiple priorities
* Excellent attention to detail
* Driven to deliver consistently on time and to a high standard
* Strong communication skills - confident and polite
* Ability to work both in a team and autonomously using own initiative
* Full UK driver's license

Desirable

* Experience of databases
* Experience using a CRM tool
* Vehicle owner
