My client are seeking an ambitious, digital-savvy, Marketing Campaign Executive who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and help continue the success of the newly formed sales & marketing function.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working alongside our Sales & Marketing Support Exec, you will be responsible for supporting all marketing campaigns across the business. This will include a particular focus on driving the company's social media strategy and implementing lead generation campaigns.

Main responsibilities
* Support the execution, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns
* Ensure all campaign leads are recorded and that we maintain a GDPR-compliant opted in database, using re-engagement initiatives as required
* Reporting on campaign results and making recommendations based on industry best practice and benchmarks
* Liaise with external agencies, as required, to help deliver campaign activity
* Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials
* Help to organise and manage any external events such as seminars and exhibitions and, at times, webinars

Develop and own the company's social media strategy, covering owned and paid, and working with the sales teams to help them post and share content

* Work with the sales teams to help them build their social network, providing tips and support for social selling using tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* At times you will be required to monitor social media (via monitoring tools) to inform topics
and conversations
* Helping to ensure the website is kept up to date with fresh content and news
* Keep up to date with current marketing trends and best practice, sharing insights with the
* Ensure internal stakeholders are kept up to date on all campaign activity, leading internal
meetings to plan projects and ensure key deadlines are met
Skills and attributes
* Excellent project management skills - ability to manage several projects is essential
* Ambitious, results-driven marketer, able to work on own initiative
* Confident, professional and friendly communicator
* Excellent knowledge of social media channels is essential
* Knowledge of CMS platforms essential, Word Press would be an advantage
* Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM essential - specific knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions would be an advantage

* Degree educated
* CIM or other marketing qualification would be an advantage
* Experience of working in B2B marketing, preferably in a full-mix role
* Experience of social media channels, scheduling and monitoring tools
* Experience managing integrated campaigns
* Experience of project managing events, including hosting webinars
