The role of Marketing Manager is for a well established and specialist capital markets company based in central London.

Client Details

The client is well established and is active in multiple areas of investments and capital markets. They have a close knit and high performing team that all play a key role in the marketing activities.


As the Marketing Manager, you will lead on the core business's marketing activities, working with key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing activities across the full range of channels. Responsibilities will include:

Help to create and deliver the marketing strategy for the core capital markets business
Work with and influence key stakeholders to ensure they are fully supported with relevant marketing materials and campaigns
Work across the full mix of channels, managing external agencies where required but also being hands on with the delivery
Manage content and email plans to ensure a test and learn approach to improving engagement with existing and potential clients
Be proactive in spotting opportunities for marketing to add value
Measure and reports on key marketing metrics


The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Have previous B2B Financial Services (ideally Capital Markets) Marketing experience
Be degree educated, at 2:1 or above
Strong knowledge across the full mix of channels - particularly Content/Thought Leadership and email
Able to operate independently with minimal oversight
Have strong strategic knowledge but also willingness to be hands on with delivery
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
