Michael Page have been assigned to search for a Account Director for a business based in Hertfordshire. The candidate will be expected to manage a client account whilst also managing their own team working on a variety of marketing collateral.

Client Details

Our client is a creative Marketing who are a global agency with offices in Germany and China, working with well-known brands such as Virgin, Intercontinental Hotels, Butlin's, David Lloyd and many more. Originally they worked within the leisure and retail space but more recently have expanded into automotive, health and more. They are a hands on, fun and creative team with plans to grow the company over the next few years.


The Account Director will have a hands on approach managing their own account whilst managing a team.The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

* Consider all briefs from a brand and strategic perspective and add value to output

* Communicate with client contacts on a daily basis and establish successful working relationship

* Build relationships with other marketing suppliers (brand/lead creative agency, PR, media etc)

* Oversee account team (2-4 members)

* Briefing creative team and ensuring output meets client's brief and objectives

* Budget reconciliation and Agency profit delivery


The ideal Account Director will ideally have a healthy experience within an agency previously, with a track record of delivering results on campaigns and project based work whilst having experience in building successful client relationships.

Job Offer

The Account Director can expect a basic salary of up to £55k Dependant on experience. Package will include Private health care and pension scheme once probation period has been completed.
