We have a great opportunity for a talented Mid-Weight Creative Team to join this exciting creative retail agency.

We're looking for an intelligent, curious and proactive Mid-weight Creative Team with bundles of passion and energy.

You'll demonstrate big thinking and added value with every project, answering the brief with simple, relevant and unexpected ideas, as well as adding to it at every opportunity with additional thoughts to surprise and delight our Clients.

We are a truly integrated agency with a focus on retail brands, brands in retail, and lifestyle brands. Experience in these sectors including shopper comms is desired.

You'll have true integrated experience having worked across many channels with the ability to generate ideas that truly work in the smallest retail space through to a launch film and content, experiential and everything in between.

You'll be creative chameleons, able to put yourself in the consumers' shoes, be adaptable in your writing and conceptual thinking and engage with a varied audience with varied tonality.

You'll have the ability to see your conceptual thinking through into executions that do the idea justice, with experience on photographic and film shoots, working with and directing designers and overseeing production.

You'll be confident presenters of your work as the role will be Client facing for certain projects.

You'll demonstrate a strategic understanding and ability to keep things simple.

  • Understanding of digital media environment and opportunities
  • Experience in retail and fashion brands helpful but not a pre-requisite
  • Copywriter will be required to write, including long copy
  • Art Director should have decent hands-on design skills and be able to scamp visuals.
