Want to use your knowledge of digital products to help make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone everywhere?

WaterAid is looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Digital Product Officer to join WaterAid's Digital Engagement Team. Do you have what it takes?

Working in our fast-moving Digital Engagement Team, you'll assist the Digital Product Manager to deliver technical, content and product management support across our digital channels.

You'll use your knowledge and experience to help ensure WaterAid's digital platforms are maintained to an optimal level and that teams are supported to build experiences and products that provide optimal value to the organisation and our supporters.

WaterAid is looking for someone experienced in managing third party digital products including providing technical support, resolving issues as well as developing new features and functionality.

You'll need a track record in product management and user acceptance testing, plus stakeholder management and a keen eye for detail. Crafting perfect user stories and identifying bugs that no one else spotted gets you up in the morning.

You'll also have a strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, content management, SEO and analytics, along with an appreciation of the charity sector. Most importantly, you'll have an infectious enthusiasm for all things digital and what it can deliver for WaterAid.

In return, you can expect to get inspiration from the change you help make happen, a sense of belonging and the feeling of being part of a global community. You will also have the chance to grow, and space to be yourself at your best. Our wide range of benefits include agile/flexible working, generous annual leave and additional leave purchase, exceptional pension, employee assistance programme and fitness and social initiatives.
