CRM and Digital Marketing Manager
From McQueen to Pink Floyd, and the V&A's new Exhibition Road Quarter in London to Design Society in Shenzhen, the V&A is at one of the most exciting points in its history.
We are looking for an experienced CRM and Digital Marketing Manager to join our busy marketing department, promoting all aspects of the V&A and its world-renowned exhibition programme, range of activities, and collections. With us, you will develop the Museum's contact strategy and champion a data-led marketing approach to growing audiences, and increasing loyalty, engagement and attendance, working alongside the Marketing, Membership and CRM teams.
A strong track record of leading on relationship marketing at a strategic level with a leading organisation or brand is essential, as is experience in creating digital marketing strategies and designing a portfolio of services to deliver the strategy across the organisation. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of CRM and best practice principles alongside excellent interpersonal skills, a pro-active and collaborative approach to problem solving, and the ability to deliver creative content. With these skills and experience, you will be continually refining our contact strategies to deliver the best value back to the organisation.
Experience of working within the arts, leisure or tourism sectors is desirable, as is a familiarity with digital design, SEO and analytics tools.
