The role of Head of Marketing, will include the following responsibilities:
Manage key stakeholders, advising on client propositions and development of marketing strategy
Ensure strategy is delivered effectively and measure ongoing performance
Manage and develop marketing team members
Lead on the development of content ideas and ensure delivery of key events
Seek out feedback from key stakeholders to assess effectiveness of campaigns for frontline staff/management
Liaise with other key marketing members to ensure timely delivery of key projects within budget and consistency of messaging
Frequently report to business area leaders on marketing performance and demonstrate 'value'


The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Be degree educated, to a minimum 2:1 standard
Have previously worked in a Senior Marketing position for a large Professional Services firm (other large corporates also considered from sectors such as Financial Services, Telecomms and Tech)
Exceptional Senior Stakeholder influencing skills
Able to demonstrate how you have previously developed direct reports in their career and utilised performance reviews
Able to offer an opinion on key firm propositions and marketing strategies that is influential and (constructive) challenging
