My client, a global financial services business, are recruiting for a Customer Communications Consultant on a short-term contract until the end of the year.

Client Details

Global financial services company.


* Working on a Major Transformation project you will be required to re-write and design system generated outputs, illustrations and other customer touch points.

* You will be working with the business experts and members of the project team and an external supplier to review communications to ensure the branding, tone of voice, overall customer experience are in line with the compliance, and regulatory requirements of the company for regulatory driven messaging.

* This will be involve the any customer touch/contact points of the customer journey, looking at the current customer communications that the business have and making improvements to bring them in line with the competitors . They will re-write the direct customer outputs, anything that goes out directly to the customers. This will involve illustrations, Quote pages, any letters that may go to the customer, looking at the Branding, the tone of voice of the comms.

* You will be completing workshops with the business, working with the Business analysts, IT team to talk through scenarios, changes and how to position the changes.


* Experienced within Customer/External Communications

Will be a proven Customer Communications developer need copywriting skills knowledge of the protection market , experience of transformation programmes.
* Financial services experience an advantage, insurance would be a benefit for this role to understand the terms but not essential.
