I am currently working with an internationally acclaimed architectural firm, renowned for creating exceptional buildings and spaces in the world's most desirable locations. At the heart of the company ethos is a passion for design excellence, impeccable attention to detail, unsurpassed service and professional integrity. With 300 staff in an incredible office in London bridge, they are looking to add a Junior Graphic Designer to the team.

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the team in the creation and production of all client presentations, in line with the existing company branding. The role will also be responsible for the creation and production of all internal branded documentation and collateral including templates. The Graphic Designer will support the Graphics Manager with the creation and production of all marketing & branding materials design projects and for private clients requiring that service.

This role will allow the successful candidate to play a key part in supporting and developing the "look & feel" of this company's already superb marketing & branding collateral and ensuring current approved protocols are followed company-wide. This will require engagement with the Graphics Manager and design teams, as well as external PR agencies in order to ensure demands for information are met, plus brand consistency and continuity are maintained in line with management expectations and private client projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a design related degree, and no more than two years experienced post graduation. You should also have the following technical attributes:

  • Practical experience of the Adobe Creative Suite:
    • InDesign - particularly templates, stylesheets, grids, guides & master pages
    • Photoshop - layers, masking, image retouching & appropriate resolutions, actions sets
    • Illustrator
    • Acrobat Professional
  • Practical experience using Microsoft Office:
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in the use of Personal Computers and knowledge of saving data and navigating to data repositories.
