Central London integrated creative agency is on the look out for Associate Creative Director with Art Direction background.

The agency is part of a larger network and year on year are recognised as one of the creative leaders within their sector.

The agency is looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art Director), with a truly integrated background. You'll have a proven track record of leading a multi-disciplined team and driving creative output across a variety of brands and platforms.

You'll have a can-do attitude, aren't afraid to speak your mind - and have the smarts to back it up. As the lead of a talented and diverse team need you'll constantly ask - “how can we make this better?”' Inspire the agency with stuff you've seen and stuff you've done and also have a clear vision of what you want from your team - now and in the future.

You might be a Senior Art Director hungry for the next step, or an ACD stifled by your current role. Either way, you'll be keen to continue to develop your skillset.

Day-to-day you'll be working on anything from TVCs to app development, experiential and print craft. In return, we offer a true creative challenge, project ownership and the opportunity to work across many brands using multiple channels - not to mention free biscuits and fruit.
