* Seeking an experienced CRM Analyst

Client Details

Our client are a leading Multi-channel retailer based in Peterborough. They are a vibrant company offering an array of products to their loyal customers.


The CRM Analyst will use Marketing data in order to make recommendations on marketing campaigns as well as improve customer segmentation in order to target customers more effectively, so that the company can retain existing customers as well as growing the current customer base.

They will ensure that Marketing campaigns are measurable and will analyse the success of multi-channel campaigns, providing key business insight on the success of Marketing and making recommendations for improvements.

They will manage the customer marketing database ensuring that it is correct and kept up to date.

The CRM Analyst will work closely with senior stakeholders within the marketing team and will have excellent interpersonal skills. They will make viable recommendations into the business based on available products along with relevant customer segments. They successful candidate will ensure that marketing data is delivered on time within agreed time lines as well as ensuring data is a high quality.

Job Offer

Salary £23,000- £26,000 + Benefits
