Our client is a leading leisure brand, an organisation with a great brand and an international presence. With a number of new projects planned for 2018, they are currently investing heavily in the business and expect next year to be a record year. Part of the invest program will see a number of key marketing and operational roles being created, one of these roles will be the recruitment of a new Head of Marketing to join the business and create and implement the marketing and brand strategy moving forward.

The Role :

* Manage the marketing budget and make sure the overall plan is delivered within this.
* To create and deliver end to end marketing campaigns that will support revenue generation and bottom line growth of the business.
* Manage the current marketing team and deliver mentoring plans and development.
* Manage a full mix approach to marketing covering, CRM, Insight, Brand, media planning and buying.
* Effectively look at campaigns and report on results to senior team.

The Person

* A strong man manager you will lead by example and be keen to support and develop.
* Bright and articulate in your approach, you will be a commercially focused marketing professional who gets results.
* Extensive full mix marketing experience career to date with a B2C biased.
* Strong understanding of CRM programmes and initiatives.
* Strong strategic capabilities with the ability to manage up as well as down.
