* Brand Manager role with real autonomy and accountability, reporting directly into the Marketing Director.

Client Details

My client is a fast growing dynamic branded food company with presence across grocery multiples and the wholesale sector. They are based in North West London with accessible transport links to their UK head office.


Manage a portfolio of brands as a Brand Manager. Job will involve:

* Sharpening/crafting the propositions for the brand/s
* Articulating a vision for the growth of our brands and translating the vision into reality
* Writing and executing a full mix marketing plan for the brand/s that addresses the communication, packaging, NPD and promotional needs
* Gaining a thorough understanding of the relevant categories and consumers
* Mining internal and market scan data to pull out relevant insights
* Engaging operationally with a roster of advertising/PR/Digital agency partners
* Supporting the sales effort through a hands on approach to market activation of the brands by conceiving and managing - in store activities, events and other below the line marketing


* Experience of having worked within brand management for a minimum of 4 years
* Food and beverages experience is essential
* Strong numerical and communication skills
* Experience of having worked with IRI, Dunnhumby data
* Digital marketing experience - website and digital communication
* Graduate level education. Special qualifications in marketing is ideal

Job Offer

£35,000 - £42,000 plus competitive benefits
