A leading, challenger Life business is seeking to recruit a Head of Client Engagement & Communications to lead the business efforts here in London. You will be shaping, defining and executing strategic communications plans across geographies and across the broad range of their client base.

Key responsibilities:

* Shape and deliver a first class client experience for the full range of their client base across several geographies and locations
* Define the customer engagement and communications strategic initiatives with view to helping achieve business targets and growth
* Review and define all member communications through all channels ensuring consistency of brand and voice
* Enhance the client journey through engagement and communications
* Manage satisfaction reviews, complaints procedures, and take ownership of overall governance
* Be the key communications champion across the business
* Develop new client and trustee documentation to ensure new business growth and with the view of securing new business
* In time, build out the team to ensure a robust, effective, client communications team

Your experience:

* Extensive communications within a relevant Financial Services business (ideally; life, insurance, investments)
* Strong understanding of investments, insurance products and similar (annuities for example)
* Client centric in approach
* Excellent writing skills that can be used to deliver effective pension communications
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Proven project management experience
