Junior Web Analyst £18,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience + package with flexible working around core hours

Located in the highly prestigious St Peter's Square development in the city centre, Distrelec are establishing their new Enterprise Hub and hiring a Junior Web Analyst. The Enterprise Hub will be the European centre for the implementation of their new digital operations that will deliver all online trading, marketing and technical deliveries for the organisation.

The role: As the Junior Web Analyst, you will work closely with the Web Analyst and Customer Insight Analyst to support in the interrogation of web and customer behaviour to understand what the customers want now and in the future. You will constantly be using web analytics software, such as Adobe and Google Analytics and will contribute to, and provide data driven evidence of how the customer experience can be improved.

Key accountabilities: You will sit within the data and insights team, reporting in to the Head of Analytics and Customer Insight and will use analytics to make data/insight driven recommendations to the team. You will have a real drive for using data and might have a degree/background in research analysis or similar.

Skills & experience: You could be a recent graduate with an interesting degree in this area, or might have a year or two years' experience in a marketing position. You will need to be analytical in your approach and will have to be an approachable and hardworking individual.
