Marketing Manager required for a fantastic opportunity with a leading Gloucester based FMCG business. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the commercial growth of a great brand.

Client Details

Our client is a leading FMCG business based in Gloucestershire, with a portfolio of much-loved brands. As the organisation enters its next exciting growth phase, they are looking to recruit a strong Marketing Manager to lead the brand team in driving the category's performance.


The Marketing Manager will lead a team in taking full P&L responsibility for two brands with a view to managing the brand positioning and develop and the development of the brands' strategic direction against strategic objectives. You will develop an insight led, long term strategy plan for your brands and manage all day to day aspects of the marketing mix (product, packaging developments, pricing, distribution priorities) to bring the strategy to life.

You will also take the lead in the development and activation of the annual communication plan spanning traditional and digital media, events, social and PR.


Alongside a strong academic background, the successful candidate will:

- have a passion for brands and a full mix marketing background within an FMCG setting (including traditional offline, and TV, Press, Outdoor, Digital, Social)

- be capable of leading a team of brand managers to achieve objectives

- have a strong commercial aptitude and the ability to spot opportunities for growth

- deliver NPD to market including full communications / campaign plans

- have an engaging and collaborative style
